Juniata High School

Introducing January’s student of the month, we have Cadan Smith, though to most of us she is known as Becca. Becca is in 12th grade, one of our seniors here at Juniata High School. She doesn’t have any interest in our sports, but this year Becca is offering her talents to the musical team, as she will be helping with musical makeup. She resides with her parents at their house, as her five siblings are all older and have moved out of the house. As of now, she isn’t completely sure what she’d like to do after high school, but she is thinking about attending Susquehanna College for art. A talented artist, Becca has contributed many works of art to our display near the office. Her favorite class in school is US History, which she has with Mr. Strawser. Her career of choice is either in illustration or animation, with a potential career in writing. A hearty congratulations to the other students of the month who won in their respective grades. Ninth grade’s winner is Jessica Maben. Tenth grade’s winner is Dain Goss. And eleventh grade’s winner is Logan Rumberger.
