Parents/Guardians: Free sports physicals are being offered for current students in grades 9-11 who will be playing a sport during the 2026-2027 school year at Juniata High School on Thursday, May 28, 2026. If you wish to have your child receive a sports physical please complete the PIAA sports packet (with the exception of Section 6) and return it to school as soon as possible. Packets are located in the school library. If you wish to have the PIAA sports physical completed by a private physician, you may do so. Once Section 6 of the sports packet is completed, it should be returned to the school prior to the start of the sport. Any sports physical that is completed after May 1, 2026 will meet the requirements for students to participate in fall, winter, or spring sports next school year.
