New to EJHS this year is "The Golden Tiger Award"! This award does not have an academic requirement like the SOM award. We want to recognize those who are often not eligible for SOM because of grades, attendance, or lack of participation in school activities. This is for those students who are doing great things in school, working on themselves, continuously trying, having positive attitudes and lifting others up. There will be a senior high and a junior high winner. We are happy to share the winners for the month of October!
Sr. High Golden Tiger: Gunner Woleslagle! He was nominated for "his great attitude, his ability to help whoever and wherever. Gunner puts his best in everything he does and his dedication to school, home and military is impressive."
Jr. High Golden Tiger: Emma Lauver! Emma was nominated for "always looking to brighten a person's day. She is the most caring, compassionate and kind 8th grader! She is a great role model for our Jr. High students!"
